| Pope's is a year' round resort located on Lower Gresham Lake in Arbor Vitae, Wisconsin. One of the Minoqcua area resorts. It is just north of Minocqua, and south of Manotwish. It is a family run resort for that comfortable homey atmosphere
The Lodge has a full liquor bar and one of the largest displays of mounted animals. There are some very unique mounts such as an albino porcupine, an albino squirrel, an albino pheasant, and a full mounted bear. Sandwiches are served daily. A Wednesday and Friday fish fry which is very famous in the area.
The lake is class A for muskies, and also has pan fish, bass and northern. Average depth is 12'. We are surrounded by state hunting land to accommodate hunters. Pope's is also located on the groomed snowmobile trail that leads right to our door for those that would like to enjoy the crystal white snow.
We have 5 rental cabins that range from 2-4 bedrooms.
For tenters we have a cabin shell that locks so you're able to stay out of bad weather if you would rather sleep in a little more than a tent. There is a shower house and a fish cleaning house.
